Parents or guardians of students are given clear and comprehensive details of Busselton Senior High School excursions and incursions. As your consent for the participation of your child is obtained prior to the event taking place, the school will not refund charges if your child does not attend. The only exception is if your child presents a medical certificate covering the date of the activity, or approval is obtained from the Principal or Associate Principal.
Excursions and incursions have fixed costs which are divided between the number of students attending and it is not possible to recoup the shortfall of money from other students. Other than the above exceptions, the school is unable to refund part or all of the cost if a student is absent on the day.
